Gail Kulur is Owner/Trainer of Make Sit Happen Dog Obedience in Hillsborough, New Jersey .

Gail started training as a hobby - the family dog first, then neighborhood dogs! She started to apprentice with experienced trainers and assisted with teaching group classes through the 1980s. She also became a volunteer for Labrador Retriever Rescue, and decided to pursue obedience training more diligently as a way to help alter behaviors in dogs to increase their chances of staying in their FOREVER homes.

Gail is a Certified obedience trainer through Animal Behavior and Training Associates (ABTA), and has trained at several Petco's in NJ. She also participated in mentoring apprentice dog trainers for ABTA. Gail is also a Professional member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT). She began training privately through her own company “MAKE SIT HAPPEN” in December 2000. Gail is also a Canine Good Citizen evaluator for the American Kennel Club.

Gail has worked for Federal Express for the past 22½ years, installing and configuring computers, and training people to use them. She is married and has a son, three dogs and two cats.
