Ellie has been in the Animal Health Profession since 1987.

Using the knowledge gained from her experience as a Veterinary Technician and Veterinary Hospital Administrator, she is able to administer medical treatments, properly restrain animals and has learned to rely on her instincts in an emergency animal situation.

She has been a volunteer at a local shelter and has done animal rescue in some of the Urban areas in New Jersey and worked with Emergency Animal Rescue Society (EARS) during Hurricane Floyd which devastated parts of Central New Jersey. She has conducted several workshops pertaining to the Veterinary Profession, as well as Pet Care and Responsibility for several Suburban and Urban School children. She is a Certified Animal Control Officer with the State of New Jersey. Ellie also has American Red Cross Ceritfication in Animal First Aid and CPR.

Currently, she owns and operates Personal Pet Care, a full service Pet Sitting Business located in Plainfield, NJ where she resides with her 3 dogs, Katie Girl, Max and Mulder.

Ellie believes in the uniqueness of the animal-human bond. She believes that animals are some of our greatest teachers and to live in harmony and balance with them is essential for a peaceful existence.
